DHI Pro Hair Transplant
A refined DHI pathway that uses implanter-pen placement when the surgeon judges the donor, calibre, and hairline plan can support it.
Overview
DHI Pro is a tighter version of direct hair implantation, not a separate miracle technique. Grafts are still taken from a stable donor zone and placed with an implanter pen so channel opening and placement happen in one motion. The “Pro” label on partner lists usually means a smaller, more densely planned session with stricter graft handling — not a guaranteed density or an unshaven result. Meridia sends photographs and medical history first. The surgeon then chooses standard DHI, FUE, or a mixed plan if a pen-only session would strain the donor or stretch operating time. We do not promise graft counts, hairline shapes, or same-week social recovery on this page.
Who it may be suitable for
- Adults with a stable loss pattern and enough donor hair for a focused session
- Patients who can accept a partial shave if the team needs clearer access
Techniques
- Implanter-pen DHI where indicated
- Standard DHI or FUE if a pen-only plan is not safer
Procedure timeline
01
Remote review
Photographs show whether a refined DHI session is even discussable.
02
In-clinic plan
The surgeon confirms shave extent, hairline, and estimated working time.
03
Procedure
Usually one surgical day. Larger patterns may be staged.
Recovery
- Recipient redness and scabbing are expected even when incisions look smaller
- Shock loss can still appear in the first weeks and is not a failed result by itself
Expected process
- 1. Share photos, medical history, and travel constraints with a coordinator
- 2. A clinician reviews suitability before any itinerary is confirmed
- 3. Transfers, hotel nights, and appointments are arranged if you choose a coordinated package
Is this treatment right for me?
This is not a medical diagnosis. Final suitability requires professional evaluation.

Questions
No. Pen placement can suit limited, carefully angled work. Larger sessions, certain donor types, and some hairlines are safer with conventional FUE. The surgeon chooses the tool, not the website.
Not automatically. An unshaven or limited-shave plan is a separate clinical decision. Ask for that review before you book flights.
