Overview
A brow lift raises soft tissue that has dropped over the orbital rim. It is not automatic with eyelid surgery and it is not the same as Botox. If the brow sits low, removing eyelid skin alone can make the eye look tighter without looking rested. Endoscopic, hairline, and coronal approaches exist because hairline height, forehead length, and prior scars differ. The surgeon also checks dry-eye risk and whether a blepharoplasty should share the session. Meridia will not promise a “surprised” or “fox-eye” fashion shape from a filter.
